Usually, I would rate Milk Queen a solid 5 stars, but this time I can't. I specifically ordered honey scab, but instead, I was served gravy. I went there for the honey scab, so it was quite disappointing. View all feedback.

The service was fast and the employees were a joy. it's a shame that they can't have their normal hours back with a lack of good employees because the owner is great.
The ice cream is okay. The food is nowhere near the quality it was in years past. I don't think I've ever gotten a fry that isn't cold. Even the chicken strips have gone downhill. Everything's a little expensive just like everywhere else. They're also closed on Sunday which is just silly. It never fails that when you want ice cream from Dairy Queen it's Sunday. They do have the best cheeseburgers but they're so expensive now unless they have a deal it's not feasible for most people to actually eat there If you fill out the survey on the receipt you can get a free Dilly bar. I don't need to tell you that because they'll tell you that every single time you go there. Nine times out of 10 you're going to go there for ice cream and you're going to get behind a family of seven all ordering food that you will have to wait behind. I think I've seen it one time where they've asked the car getting food to pull forward so that I could get my one ice cream item in a reasonable time frame.
Don't work for this location. They take advantage of young kids. My daughter was harassed by a adult employee and nothing was done. Then they fired her and all the younger kids working. The owner then told a potential new job that my daughter didn't do well when she only worked maybe 40 hour total the entire time she was employed. I will not be eating at this place ever again.
I strongly advise against working here. One of my coworkers was harassed by an older employee, and the response was insufficient. Additionally, younger staff members were given reduced hours. They terminated several employees, citing the need for staff reductions during the slow season, yet they continued to advertise for new hires. Don't use this place as a reference; they have a history of portraying former employees negatively, as has happened to many of my former coworkers. The kitchen is unclean, and the hiring practices are questionable. I wouldn't recommend this job for anyone, especially not for young people. This Dairy Queen experience was miserable. They claim to be a Christian business, but I never felt valued there. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
Thank you so much to Lisa and the team for serving my sister, my young one, and me. You were all a joy, and we had a wonderful experience. We truly appreciate the excellent service and friendliness everyone showed us. The dedication of you and the staff in keeping the restaurant open is invaluable. If it weren't for you, we wouldn't have had such a lovely meal. God bless you all!
