Crown At Claydon - Ipswich

We had two nights in the Best Western, but we ate both nights at the Crown. beautiful outdoor area, food very good choice and quality. Able to book a table. The young man in service was very helpful and extremely professional,

Had a meal at the Crown with family mid way home on a random weekday evening. Surprised to see how busy it was. This isn't one of the large Hungry Horse pubs, but has plenty of parking out the back, bar well stocked with drinks and service was quick. As with all Hungry Horse pubs, there is a massive list of options on the menu if anything perhaps too much choice! We only had a main meal, and that was nice tasting and well presented, and we utilised one of their offers which meant that drinks and meals for 2 people came in at about twenty quid. Based on our experience I would stop here again for a meal if in area, and wouldn't hesitate to bring kids if they was with us as well as seemed fairly child friendly.

A really great family audience. Beautiful menu with a variety of delicious foods and drinks. We had a birthday/birth-day meal and everyone enjoyed their choice of dinner. The waitresses were friendly, friendly and attentive. Worth a visit or two.

We booked a table for 9 for Father's Day. (selection from 10 years to 83 years) The food was delicious and the service was brilliant. We were all well fed and happy. I'll be back soon.
