Applebee's - Ionia

5 star customer service. The food was the best that I have had thus far from a Applebee's. I almost gave up on Applebee's, because the food hasn't been the best in the past. The customer service and the pleasant disposition of the employees, made me feel like they actually enjoyed there jobs which is such a needle in a haystack to find these days. I live about a hour from here and was just passing thur. You won't be disappointed here i love the atmosphere. Thanks Iona Michigan!!!!!!

We had an awesome time during our visit here. We found out that we are going to be grandparents again!! YAY!! our server was awesome, she worked hard and wad also covering the drive up window or taking orders out to cars. She was awesome she celebrated eight along with us! We live in GL but we can certainly come back here to ready again!

I absolutely love going to the Ionia Applebee's! I always get amazing food and great customer service! Tonight we had Dakota as our server and she was extremely nice and always made sure we had everything we needed including keeping up with pop refills! I would recommend this location to anyone!

We enjoy eating there but wished that they had different seasonal items and not the same things every year. Its always a friendly place and servers do there best to make sure there customers are happy.
