I went to this restaurant on a Saturday night in winter for a drink, but unfortunately it was not worth it. The heaters were not effective in keeping out the cold and the stoves were set at a low level without asking the customers, making it necessary to wear coats inside. The rooftop garden is one of the most beautiful cafeterias-bar in the center of Ioannina city. It is on 6th floor and you use the elevator. The view is amazing and unique. There are many choices. The service is really friendly and quick. The prices are affordable. I totally recommend it to everyone, local and tourists.
This stylishly decorated bar offers a fantastic view of Ioannina. The cocktails are delicious and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the bar hasn't been open for very long. We visited last year, but arrived just before closing time, mistakenly thinking they were open later. As a gesture of apology, the extremely friendly bartender offered us a complimentary shot. The staff are all courteous and friendly, and the restrooms are clean.
