if you're not wearing a polo shirt and khakis you'll be ignored ! not friendly to the non-golfers. Waited 10 minutes and no staff spoke to us, have never experienced this kind of ignorance and rudeness in a professional business View all feedback.
Had a really lovely lunch here, followed up by drinks one evening later on in our stay. We were at the Copperpoint resort and decided to check out the Golf Club as I am a bit of a golfer...we had a lovely table in full view of the green with the lovely mountains behind. Our server was courteous and even warned us to be on the look out for bees..(didn't see any) as there had been a sting the day before! The food was lovely, had the Gyoza followed by the Nachos which were huge! (The small portion even)!, washed down with some local craft beer! One minor point to note that the club is separate from the hotel, which is not a problem so long as you don't try and put your food on your room! We walked back to the hotel via the tunnel under the highway and down the first fairway...it was lovely!
My husband and I stooped for something to eat after golf. We both had the chicken burger and it was excellent. service was great and prices are fair. It's a busy place with a great view
We were on a day trip up to Invermere and decided to stop in here for lunch. The restaurant is located at the Copper Point Golf Club. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat out on the deck which overlooks the finishing hole with the 18th green right below you. Also looking directly at the mountains to the west.My wife had the salt and pepper chicken wings (10) and I tried the Italian Panini with the side salad (soup and fries were the other choices). Both were very good. The service was very good as well. Prices seem a little high but its at a resort golf course. The view on a nice sunny day makes it worth it.If you are looking for some decent food with an excellent view, give this place a try. We'll go back again. The turn off to Copper Point is located about a half a mile south of the traffic light where you turn to go down to Invermere. On the right if you are south bound.
Had a quiet business supper here. View of the golf course and the Purcell Mountains was unforgettable in the late afternoon sunshine. Had a light supper of two appetizers but both were large and tasty.
Anyone that has written off eating at The View because of the terrible food last year should really consider giving it another chance. The new chef and kitchen Brigade have completely turned this place around. A smaller menu ensures that everything is fresh, and that most things are made in house. The food was well cooked, well seasoned, and the portion sizes were great. Drinks came quickly, and the server was easily able to keep separate tabs for our table of 11. I would highly recommend eating at the view, we are sure glad that there year round dining is offered this year.
