My boyfriend I frequent this restaurant and usually love the food. Unfortunately, the past few times have been beyond disappointing. With seemingly smaller portions and overcooked meats (we always ask for medium rare, has been well done past few times), we have decided to stop frequenting here. Waitress got our order wrong and the food was either burnt or tasted gross. The chicken some how tasted like fish. Took half an hour to just get drinks. Usually don’t ever have troubles at all ever with any other Applebees.
Well the main reason we went was for the buckets specifically the watermelon one and they said they were out of the watermelon syrup so I asked if they could sub and management said no I’m tryna see what the issue is with that. It don’t make no sense.
Shelby was a gem! Had a great time and delicious dinner at the bar. Great friendly atmosphere.
