The music, outside on a Saturday night was so loud that 4 of us sitting on a small table could not hear each other across. Clearly they fail to understand the concept of live singing, that it has to be soothing! The food, once which was good took forever to arrive to our table and tasted plain. The servers were not at all attentive and I literally had to keep waving both my hands after every 2 minutes to get any freaking service. The servers just make faces to come to the table as if they are indebted to do this! I placed my food order after trying for 45 mins! 45 mins just to place an order. Clearly they have begun to take in more crowd than they can handle and soon if this continues, you’re going to lose all your clientele because no one deserves this kind of hospitality. The bill took another 40 mins to arrive after being told prior, we had to ask the manager personally too! Overall, my once favourite and go to cafe has gone to the dogs! What didn't worked for us? 1-The Jhol momos and chawmin were just okeish.(Maybe you can try their other dishes) 2-The staff was bit inattentive and unwelcoming.
