I love the food. It seems like every time I go, the staff is not up to par. They are on their phones while taking orders or just completely ignoring you at the counter. I have also been to some restaurants that run out of sweet tea an hour or so before close, and they refuse to make it anymore because the container has been cleaned. View all feedback.
Ordered my food then paid at the window then was told to pull up and somebody would bring it to me. There were already two other cars pulled up. So I waited for my food for about 15 minutes. I ordered the bacon and cheese chicken sandwich and they gave me a chicken sandwich with no bacon no cheese only mayonnaise. Unacceptable. Terrible experience.

Wings did not have sauce on them, had 2 wait 15 minutes for food.
The app says that the store was closed when I'm looking at an open store. The employee couldn't help, so I asked if I could just order the food at the location. I was told that they didn't offer that at the store. I then ordered a 2 piece dark meat combo it's chicken at a chicken restaurant. I was told that I have to wait 14 minutes for the chicken. I was told to pull forward. I waited for 10 minutes and the employee came out and asked me to pull further. Eight more minutes, my food came. I drove home only to discover that they got my order wrong. Wings instead of the dark meat chicken. Nearly $10
Chicken old or either the order always wrong. Ordered at drive thru was told to pull up and they would bring it out. When we got order it was incorrect. I went inside at about 8:15pm did not leave out until 9pm. There were nearly a dozen people coming in with the wrong order and the Mgr on shift clearly did not know how to manage her team. I asked her could I please get my correct order she turned around and said she'd be with me in a minute but never even tried to help me. If it was not for the team lead on shift tonight 08/25/23 then I'd still be waiting there. They need to shut down or get a new set of people in to help because they are lousy and the Mgr on duty tonight is too.
