Tavern On South - Indianapolis

We decided to dine at this restaurant as our group consisted of both vegans and non-vegans, and we thought it would offer something for everyone. However, we were disappointed to find that the vegan options were not clearly marked on the menu, and there were only a limited selection available, primarily consisting of either seitan or a black bean burger. Unfortunately, they were out of seitan, so we ended up having to settle for the bean burger. The burger itself was just average, and the bun was not as soft as we had hoped.

We had a party upstairs tonight. This was a great venue, food was great, and service was top notch! Would highly recommend this restaurant/bar.

Great bourbon, scotch, and local beer selection! Highly recommended! Say 'HI ' to Caroline... very attentive bartender. Great place all the way around!! Will definitely make it a point to come here every time I am in Indianapolis!

I just got back from the most delicious experience at Tavern On South ... The food was sensational and the atmosphere is spectacular- we dined outside on their upper deck with a beautiful view of Downtown Indianapolis. The friendly and professional staff were so accommodating and made us feel right at home! Make your reservations for lunch or dinner and you will be in pure heaven!
