I'm not a foodie, but Palomino's was awesome. The food was quite tasty, service was spectacular and the atmosphere was superb. What Dallas Jaskolski doesn't like about Palomino - Indianapolis:
WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. AFTER YEARS OF BEING A CUSTOMER NEVER AGAIN. SURLY WAITER, HOST AND OTHERS IT TOOK ONE HOUR FROM ORDER UNTIL DELIEVERY OF FOOD. NO ONE SEEMED TO CARE. View all feedback.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. It may not be suited for all tastes, but its elegant, gorgeous, and innovative atmosphere is truly exceptional.
The food was overly seasoned, the portions were small, and there were no side dishes. The overall dining experience downtown was disappointing.
The atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service at Palomino make it the perfect spot for celebrating our anniversary. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.

Portions were a good size, not too big and not wimpy. The gorgonzola fries appetizer were out of this world. And the steak was cooked to perfection. It was upbeat and abuzz with activity, but it wasn't so loud that you couldn't hear people across the table from you. I would highly recommend this restaurant for out of towners, milestone date or celebration of any kind.
A little pricey but excellent. Our server was well informed and made us feel like we really mattered. Food was excellent, with a special 'thumbs up ' to the king crag and artichoke dip. Would go back in a heart beat.
