we sat with two friends and got our bread with our meals, not while we wait for our food, as others did diners. I had a gift card and the waiter applied it to the balance of my friend instead of me. So he took the bills from both of us to correct and told my other friend to give him their credit card, and he had not even shown her the bill first. under so many others. we got a laugh from it, but probably not back to... Wonderful atmosphere, very cozy. Food excellent. Chicken Marsala. Caprese salad best in town. Service always friendly and competent. Italian margarita delicious. Too full for dessert...booo!
This was our second visit, and just like the first it was first rate. The service was perfect, attention to detail and friendly server was a delight. From the Portobello appetizer to the filet to the cannoli and creme brûlée, it could not have been better quality food. Everything from walking in the door to our departure was a delightful experience. We will definitely return.
I would love to know this restaurant’s story. It was hard to find; hidden behind other retailers. It confused the heck out of Google Maps. It was just the type of locally owned, comfortable atmosphere, full service, AND DELICIOUS, restaurant we’ve been looking for since moving to the Indianapolis area. Great Italian food. Gluten free bread and pasta offered, which is such a surprise! A hidden gem on Indy’s north west side.
Excellent food and service!! Go!! You won’t be sorry!
Our waitress was just wonderful even though she was being pulled between the dining room and another room with a huge party but she handled it so well. The food was amazing and we took our dessert home because we were so full.
