Jaekta Fjordstue - Inderoey

The buffet at this restaurant was disappointing. The cold buffet had a limited selection of cured meats, smoked salmon, potato salad, and ruche, which were oddly decorated and some tasted frozen. The hot buffet was equally unimpressive, with overcooked meat, a bland soup with grilled sausage, potato, and rice, and unidentified dried fruits. The only saving grace was the generous and delicious caramel pudding for dessert. I would give this place 3 stars, mainly for the pudding and the pleasant presence of a beautifully dressed lady who handled the payments.

The food was bland and unappetizing, as well as overpriced. I will never dine there again.

Today is Mother's Day, and then mother-in-law was eaten. it became jæktas best salt meat, sausage and root pipe. and with marzipan cake and homemade. wonderfully eat and as always beautiful. anne grethe manages the beer, cook, serve and arranges. many thanks for another great experience in jækta: and as a bonus I left the dishes on Mother's Day as vater. it could not be better:
