Japanese restaurant with à la carte menu. I highly recommend eating the noodles which, in my opinion, are their specialty. The sushi is also very good and with quality fish but nothing too special compared to other (good) restaurants with an all you can eat formula. What Giulia Bassi doesn't like about Kake Sushi:
We ordered 1 fry bread, 1 spring roll and a menu (ravioli spaghetti). Fried bread and rolls arrived after half an hour, the ravioli on the menu after 45 minutes, and the spaghetti on the menu after 1 hour and a quarter, and we arrived second in the restaurant (3 tables occupied in total). I have eaten here couple of times. Their sushi and noodle are quite good for the price. Friendly staff. The only thing is that their nori is rather tough to eat. If I have a chance to suggest anything, that would be changing the nori they use. Then, it would be perfect! Excellent Chinese-Japanese restaurant right in the center of Imola. we ordered takeaway and less than 15 minutes later the food had already been delivered to us. the guys are very kind and professional. we ordered the kake menu which includes 1 portion of rice (your choice from all those on the menu), a portion of dim sum and a drink of your choice. everything excellent. the menu offers a good choice of sushi, rice, noodles, ramen and various fried things. exceptional value for money. absolutely recommended!
