What Hans-Heinrich Popp doesn't like about Bärenfalle:
We were in the bear trap today and what we experienced here was only terrifying. We are certainly not a Corona fanatic, but at this point just too many points will hurt the name lists are only so open that everyone has a nice insight into the data of the other guests (no employees even near the lists... . The sanitary facilities were really dirty, the tables were not cleaned and more and more guests came in, although... View all feedback.
The Bärenfalle mountain hut is part of the comprehensive “Alpsee Bergwelt” adventure conglomerate in the Immenstadt im Allgäu, which offers a sufficient daily programme for the whole family in the Spass/Erholung/Genuss sections. Starting from the large, naturally paid parking lot at the valley station to the completion at 1,100 meters. From the toddler to the great-grandmother: there is something for everyone, also culinary. In between there is also chairlift and Alpsee Coaster and afterdrying and high rope garden. This can be quite summed up in months. However, the visit of the mountain hut can also be decoupled from all other pleasures. On foot you are in approx. 1 hour up here (alternative and comfortable with the chairlift in a few minutes. On the way there you will find wonderful views of the mountains and down to the Alpsee. Certainly everyone will come with a mighty hunger in the mountain hut. On the huge sun terrace (of course with enough parasols you feel the most comfortable in the summer. The interior offers up to 150 people and is equipped with rustic wooden furniture and benches. There is self-service – however, some disoriented guests are immediately offered help, both in drinks and food selection, as well as during transportation of trays. With the clearing, however, this works less smoothly. Manch one just lets his used dishes stand on the table. In addition to the usual cabin classics (grooves, Kaiserschmarrn etc., the bear trap offers as a very special highlight Allgäuer Kässpatzen in wooden bowls of different sizes. The 1 person bowl already has considerable dimensions – the larger packs can demand a respect already in the blossom sight and unfilled. At the counter you can watch the cooks directly at the preparation. And Chapeau: the two gentlemen, who are on the day of our visit at the late Zelehobel, have clearly not grown up with this Allgäuer specialty, but have obviously worked very well into production and preparation. In fact, the content of the smallest bowl (12.90 euros is already immense. In our case, it goes smoothly for 2 people. And it tastes us! The late zle is characterized by a pleasant consistency, the cheese draws powerful threads Upon request, the cartridge can refer to the components of the cartridges in a very specific and detailed manner. Organically grown and grain-free dinkeletal flour is used for production. The mountain cheese of different degrees of maturity comes from the Sennerei in Sibratsgfäll. The host also has an explanation for the cunning ready-to-sweet onions from the pack: the real onions were always bad in winter. Well, we believe it... otherwise we are really impressed that on a hut so much value is placed on the individual ingredients. By the way, the dinkel flour is also in the local Kaiserschmarrn. The subsequent coffee from the full machine (3.20 euros) unfortunately tastes somewhat thin for my Gusto. We are completely satisfied here above. Little Manko: the situation at the checkout is somewhat confusing and badly illuminated and you have to ask for a document quite explicitly, he is not handed out otherwise. Unfortunately, I can only upload invoices about a part of the consumer. It is also regrettable that all toilets are in the basement. Although mobility-restricted persons are very comfortable and very carefully swung up with the lift, they may fail at the stairs of the bear trap. To do this, the movement-loving Kiddies will probably not be able to sit for long: just a few steps away there is a walk with clean alpacas.

The toboggan run gets 5 stars as the best I've ever driven.
Magnificent raking, tobogganing and hiking day with musical return in the bear trap. Germknödel were great and the mood too.
Great view. Delicious homemade corn bags with mountain cheese and salad. Great playground. Worth a trip.
A super location. I can recommend at any time.
