Jet's Pizza - Imlay City

This place was a relapse and I mean that my eating was so rough I should have waited until I was waiting for 19 miles and bounty to get my food

It wasn't bad but I feel a little lied to and like I missed out. Calling to order for the first time, I was smart enough to ask about their mushrooms, we love fresh ones but the canned ones are not for us. So we didn't get any on our pizza cause the guy taking my order said they use canned mushrooms. After pickup and reading the box that brags about using only fresh produce and about all the free flavored crust options that weren't offered to me I missed out or did they false advertise? The crust is nice and thick so the flavored crust would be nice, maybe I will be reminded to pick one next time? The jury is still out on why mushrooms aren't included in fresh produce

I like their pizza, but good luck getting one if they are busy. They turn off the ringer on the phone on a busy night. I drove up there to order and walked in while listening to an endless ring on the phone, but thier phone was silent. When I asked if the phone was broken, or turned off I was lied to. Waited in my car for 25 min. When I came back to get my food I asked about the phone again, and was told they were slammed but online orders were coming in. Bad practice, bad management. If you don't want to take pizza orders, don't work at a pizza joint.

11/16/2021 5:47pm ticket 64. 2 pizzas salad and bread. Phenomenal job. We eat here a lot and it was SO good it stuck out and deserved mention. Thank you so much for this specific order!!
