First time in, and it didn't disappoint! They were short a cook, but let us know right away(we're in the industry, we get it, amd respect to you) made sure our drinks were always full. Apps came out decently quick, were amazing and made the wait seem alot shorted than she said it would be!(wasn't watching the time anyway, it was our night out)! Final outcome= perfect! If I could rate less than 1 star I would. We stopped in there to eat on our way home. We arrived around 5:45. I ordered the hamburger with pulled pork on it. My wife ordered shrimp and we ordered gator bites. The gator bites were brought out after a 20 minute wait. Really neat to find a Cajun restaurant in Sparta. Everything was really good.
Bar didn't open until four (but didn't see that advertised anywhere) our appetizer didn't come out until after our food and it took a long time for our meals to come out.
Their “boudin” didn't even have rice in it. Terrible. Would not recommend.
The meal was excellent and the service was as well. All around the best experience my coworkers and I had on the entire trip.
