Jack In The Box - Idaho Falls

Loves the sourdough Jack and the Jumbo egg rolls. And of course Mini Churros. Good location. Good waiting time. Happy with this place. Love they'll be open later.

They had such amazing customer service here. The food was perfectly cooked. I could tell that it had been a long day for everyone there, but that didn't stop them from smiling, being genuinely kind and doing their jobs. Update: I did not think it was possible to get even better customer service than last few times I've been here. Seriously the staff here at this particular location of Jack in the Box are the best. They smile and are friendly and make eye contact. They do not look through their customers like we are invisible or don't matter. All of these people deserve raises here. Every last one of them.

I think I've been to this Jack in the box about four or five times in the last few months. Every time we were served our orders quickly and the staff is pretty friendly. It's absolutely got a huge dining area and they have awesome late night hours so you never have to worry about not making it in time before they close.

The food was good and was at an okay price. It wasn't very filling, but that might be just me though. There was plenty of seating and the employees seemed nice enough.

50 of every Sour dough jack and loaded breakfast sandwich is made right. The problem is that the individual who makes the sandwich fails to add butter to the grilled side of the bread. I love that sandwich. I hate the Inconsistencies. When that spclty burger on sourdough bread grilled with a equal amount of the ingredients needed to do it right., is the best burger this side of the Mississippi.. So I would eat there more but only half of the cooks that works there gets it right.
