You have a choice of menus, raw, cooked A la carte style. We had a raw and cooked selection between So fresh, great was to present different fish or same shell fish in different ways. The chef made sure the cooked items where not to greasy or to much batter if they came with any. The waiters are great and really explained the dishes when they arrived.
