Lygten Og Slusegrillen - Hvide Sande

Restaurant with good choice with main focus on fish. The restaurant is a bit rustic. Waiting for food was above average, but the quality of the main dishes was good. The portion size is sufficient. The dessert had to wait very long and was not worth waiting. Drinks came fast, unfortunately no sharp beer and brand products like Coca Cola. The restaurant is operated by German. No EC payment, accepted for payment in Euro.

Until the fall of 2015, we found the Lygten also well (the associated Slusengrill at the port, however, from the beginning only on average tasty, which we have experienced there, was unfortunately very disappointing in every respect. On the one hand, the restaurant was ice-cold, dark and smelled very unventilated according to kitchen, specifically roast fat. The beverages (spink and apple juice choir had little carbonic acid and therefore tasted. At the fish plate of my accompaniment for at least 189, Kron/ 25, € the sauces were missing first (according to card plural, on request we then got a (singular! Sauce delivered. The roast potatoes were lukewarm, but they were not fried. The Rosmarinkartoffeln announced in the map was completely missing. The fish was partly dry, but floated in fat. My Tagliatelles were completely different from last enjoyed here in autumn, but quite right. To dessert, I had burned one on the edge and otherwise cold pancakes with ice on but at least pretty decoration, while my accompaniment got ice with boiling hot fruit, which therefore melted into soup within seconds. The owner entered the store in between, eagerly pointed out that the cook was somewhat overwhelmed, but then disappeared again. Since we could no longer address them on site, and with the said overwhelmed cook did not want to start discussion before the other guests, I later wrote an email about my impressions and expressed my hope that they might find back qualitatively to the earlier form. It was really good. We didn't even get an answer to it, so it was for us, especially as there are enough other good restaurants on site. The miraculous self-cast candles remain unique in the lyses, but I have now somehow lost joy.

Very delicious!! We were on Sunday looking for an open restaurant in hvide Sande, we were welcomed very nice and friendly, all wishes were taken into account, quiet little restaurant, even the cook can be seen in the guest room, thanks for the beautiful evening We will definitely come!!!!

We were looking for a cozy restaurant where we have something delicious to eat. We decided very quickly for this restaurant and do not regret it!! We were welcome and were able to study the German menu in peace. The selection of foods is clear enough. We chose all fish and it was the right decision! Before we had offered a fish soup, but we were inconclusive whether we like it, we asked ourselves a plate with three spoons of great idea! The soup was incredibly delicious and at the next visit everyone takes their own plate! The owner is very warm and comes from Germany, she is also always for a small chat at the table : During the waiting period you can pour your own candles in the front area of the restaurant only for children a super pasture! Who likes can even buy finished candles. In summary, I can say that this restaurant is always worth a visit! Cosy atmosphere, super delicious food and for the whole evening incl. Drinks we pay about 130€ for four people. Price/quality ratio is top payment only possible in cash, but we could even pay a part of crowns last night before it went back to Germany and pay the rest in €!
