Always get your reception at this place. I understand that places are short-occupied, hectic and crazy, but at least properly train the employees you have. In particular, I was overloaded last morning on 4/3/22 by the POS (sales point). Called and an employee confirmed that I was overloaded, he was apologetic, but there is a big difference in a mistake with an order (e.g. forget cheese on a BE View all feedback.

Well, once again you have completed a WV trip! Thanks to the wonderful staff who always shared their joy and smiles, and the food was again top notch. I added a photo of my last morning. God is in the hills, I always remember that I grew up! If you don't know how well the food is here, then stop reading and driving. Your fresh cookies, as you want, are a perfect start to my day. Lunch options and more and more food than I expect. Thanks for the great service!
I used to give this Tudors a 5 star rating. But with Jarrod the new employee this place has gone completely down hill. I just spoke to the area supervisor about him. I really don't appreciate being yelled at and talked to so rudely he could have politely asked me to move my car. I wasn't blocking any part of the parking lot. They ask you to loop around the parking lot. Another customer said he won't be back after being yelled at like we just were. I'm contacting corporate.
The quality of food is always good at any location, but the food at this location was even better than the rest. I recommend their new flapjack breakfast sandwiches, and for dinner, you can't beat the Hungry Man Platter, with pinto beans, cornbread, cole slaw, and onions, if you want them.
Based on how cheap the food was, I was super skeptical. However, the biscuits and gravy were great--plenty of big chunks of sausage. Biscuit was fresh, coffee was meh.
