I ordered the baked spaghetti over the phone and the person taking my order mentioned the "2 for Tuesday" special without me needing a coupon or code. The spaghetti was delicious, with a sweeter meat sauce and lots of cheese. They even included bread, silverware, napkins, parmesan, and red pepper all in the pizza box. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Gino's Pizza Spaghetti House:
I placed an order online for pickup around 4:54. I pulled up to pay and receive my order at 5:05. Justin helped me, handed me my order, and mentioned it would only be 5 more minutes if I didn't mind parking over there. However, when I finally received my order at 5:22, I called and asked where my pizza was. Justin admitted he forgot about it and rushed to get it out. My friend bought me what was supposed to be “bar-b-qued” chicken wings here yesterday. They looked horrible with a watery sauce on them that had so much vinegar in it and they were hot wings…….inedible!!! This is unacceptable food for what it cost and then not being able to eat them. I hope they have a manager who will check in to this. OR do they even care?
Ordered 20 wings at $27, they were so hard I broke a tooth, they were not wings I will ever order again !!!
Everything was great from service, clean, friendly delicious!
2 for 1 spaghetti dinner!! Hard to beat for the price
Great pizza and subs, the staff is excellent on customer service and friendliness.
