What Michael Knigge doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
I can't believe how many times they mess up orders in Huron. I ordered honey BBQ strips and a $7 meal with gravy, but when I got home, there was no gravy and just plain chicken strips. I even made sure the cashier repeated the order, but it still wasn't right. This is why I hardly ever do pickup anymore. It seems like communication skills are lacking in these restaurants. The chicken strips were delicious, but the ice cream appeared to be too icy or diluted.
