This restaurant is a hidden gem in Hurley, MS. We have visited a couple of times and the food is always delicious. Service is quick and friendly. In my humble opinion, El Campesino has the best salsa in the MS/AL area! Only Mexican restaurant in the immediate area. Food is hit and miss. fajitas are decent. staff usually very attentive. got a to go order for the 1st time today. food was definitely not there usual. drove back up to complain and show them how burnt it was. Great place to eat! We eat here often. Never had a meal we didn't like! Great food at a fair price!
A fantastic Mexican restaurant with authentic Mexican food. Everything I've ordered at this restaurant has been good. We went with 20 people and not only were they able to accommodate us but everyone got what they ordered and finished their plates because it was delicious. Great service too!

They're friendly and fast at getting your food to you.
I Have zero complaints about this place. Have been there a few times. Food comes out rather fast and portions have never been small. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area.
