Tim Hortons - Huntsville

They had a pushy customer before me but handled it like professionals. The entry way from the highway is dangerous at any speed

Even though they don’t seem to be keeping everything in stock later in the day they’re doing a great job with what they have. We ordered soup and a sandwich and wedges plus typical donuts and coffee on the app and they made the wedges fresh for me. I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes for those.

Have your staff read your company policy.Ordered and paid for two lattes, as we always do.Asked for a cup of tap water for my 2 year old son and was told we have to pay for it, a cup of water isn't free.Have never encountered this at any tim hortons, we love the espressos but this experience left a bit of a sour taste.Not because we weren't willing to PAY but because of the attitude of the server.

Met friends for coffee, they enjoyed the coffee and I enjoyed the steeped tea (my fav). The big box of donuts was delicious and enjoyed by everyone. Fine place to meet friends. Staff were friendly and service was great.

Hand dryers are broken in both men's and women's washrooms, come on Tim's fix the damn things or at least put paper towel out.Absolutely shameful!
