Absolutely the best, every time!Always perfectly cooked and my orders have never been wrong!I love seeing the actual happy and friendly staff as I walk around the corner to place my order and it's why I refuse to use the drive thru, even though I'm always taking my orders to-go.Positive environment with positive vibes is something that you can't find just anywhere.This Zaxby's always has that special five star touch that I can't get enough of.Thank you for making dinner again this evening, I very much appreciate it.

Who doesn't love chicken fingers? Love the spicy Zaxby's sauce! Service is always great! I will say that I order through the app a lot, so I haven't eaten inside, but it seems like it's always clean.

Zaby’s worst I had in this city. they had chances after the fall and always failed me. from cold fries to undercooked chickens and zaladen to toppings are missing. they have to do better. I love zax, but I'm tired of being dissatisfied. beautiful people and friendly service, but terrible eating. ridiculous.

The past few times I have ordered here I have not received a zax sauce that usually comes with the big zak snack meal. Today, I asked the girl who was taking my order at the drive thru if they stopped putting in the sauce and she said they still do that, but once I got my food and looked in my bag I still did not have one. Not sure why she would say they still put the sauce in and then that not be the truth. I also wanted to go big on my order and the girl seemed to have no clue what I was talking about and was kind of giving attitude. The sweet tea has been really disappointing lately as well, with a strong taste of nasty tap water. Not sure what has been going on lately, but it's a quite disappointing overall.
