We waited a full ten minutes for the hostess to assist us, but no one came. Eventually, we approached the reception where a woman informed us that someone would be with us shortly. Five minutes later, still no one arrived. The restaurant was filled with three different sources of loud noise and featured a massive screen, all competing for attention. We reserved for 7 people for dinner and the restaurant was not even open! You only had the bar open!
The aesthetics of this place is beautiful! Our server Jasmine “Big Jas” was very professional, yet helpful and good energy. My husband and I really enjoyed our experience.
Breakfast service is lacking, always. I've been numerous times over the last year and it is always a problem to simply pay a check, let alone get service in under 1.5 hours.
My husband and I came here for Valentines. We had a reservation for 7:30pm. We basically seated ourselves, then waited about 45mins or more before anyone even acknowledged us and took our drink order. The food was bland. Horrible food and service! Overpriced garbage.
If I could write a review for 2, I would, but I can't. Me and my husband came on a business trip. We loved are check in lady maid me feel like family showed us wear bar was and everything. Then I met the nice young lady at the bar names JASIMINE. She maid my stay for that day and the morning time she was so nice and welcoming making sure food and drinks were always filled because of her this will be our go to place when we make are business trip every 2 weeks. Thanks loved it.
