After attending a concert, we had a late dinner at this restaurant. The staff was very polite, the food was fresh, and we were very pleased with the service, even at such a late hour. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Revivalist:
The food was delicious and flavorful, but the main course was lukewarm when it was brought to our table. The service was a bit slow, but it was clear that the staff was busy. Offering some bread to snack on during the wait would have been a nice touch. Additionally, they should consider offering steak sauce for those who prefer it. Despite these minor issues, I would be willing to give this restaurant another try. View all feedback.
Great place for a mother's lunch. eating and service were excellent.
Beautiful venue in a very nice hotel. We ate at brunch on a Saturday. The staff was attentive but the food was nothing special for the money.
It was me and my wife’s first time here. It was a great experience. We reservations for 8 on Friday night and arrived about 5 minutes before. The valet was very professional and quick and we were able to almost instantly go inside. We were seated very quickly and I was a little reluctant that it wasn’t very busy for a Friday night. Our server was super nice and the food was excellent. The veggies were very fresh and not over cooked. My wife had a really good filet and I was surprised how good it was considering she orders her steaks well done. My shrimp and grits had a lot of good flavors and the grits were cooked well. The “s’mores” dessert was delicious and the presentation was very entertaining
Our meal consisted of the filet and tilefish, and smore dessert. Service was slow, but our server was very nice. The entrees were well presented and of average quality for the price. The smore dessert is unique, it comes out in a smoke dome, so if campfire smores and their smokey flavor aren't your thing, avoid it. The waitress was nice enough to comp our dessert because they had run out of ganache and left off the graham crumble. As for noise, there was an unidentifiable hum that made communications difficult across the table. For the price there are better options, but if you like to try new places and remain in downtown Huntsville, it's an option.
Food was ok. Was expecting a little better. Missing two of the bourbons on their menu which was disappointing.
