We were here for a meeting/dinner. That was my first time I've ever eaten here and it was a great experience. Everything was delicious, especially my fillet and the cornbread... and our service was absolutely amazing!!! I definitely see many more Purveyor dinners in my future. View all feedback.

Where do I start? Now we started with the Ahi Tuna Tacos, which was a delicious start to one of the best meals I ever had. The chilled avocado soup came next, which was not only breathtakingly beautiful, but light and tasty, something that I am now inspired at home. For Entree's we ordered two dishes from the special menu that were the skate wing (a first for all) and the NY Strip Steak. Our amazing server Ray recommended the truffle butter I already had in mind, and we also got some scallops accompanied. Hands down the BEST and best boiled scallops everyone had at the table ever. As far as the truffle butter is concerned, you could put it on everything. Our other two ducks were ribeye and lamb dogs. The carrot fondue puree with the lamb was as tender and smooth as silk. The lamb itself was perfectly cooked with a crispy herbal crust. We have the local oysters mushrooms and sweet and acidic watermelon brussel sprouts, which is an MUST order. After all this perfection no one needed dessert, but the knowledge Purveyor has acquired a confectioner from Bellagio, we had to try some. We ordered the kumquat cheese cake with peach ice cream and the groundless Mexican chocolate cake. Both desserts were definitely delicious, absolutely perfect. Overall, I just want to convey that this is the BEST restaurant where we were hands down in Huntsville, and as I said, one of the best meals I had everywhere. We were in a few similar style restaurants with similar cheap dishes, and Purveyor has no competition. I will be hard pressed to go anywhere else when I look for a perfect and delicious culinary experience. Well done, Purveyor, please thank your boss and your staff.
Excellent culinary experience of the time we were greeted for dinner. Dave, our server was excellent, but the entire restaurant had a team setting as everyone ensured that empty glasses were full (or removed) as well as plates and new corners. The bread total Yams, Scallops and the green sauces reeeeal well, but the highlight of the evening was the halibut. Exceptional. The evening was filled with a lava cake. When? Huntsville put Purveyor on your list!
Amazing food and service! Purveyor's menu is for a three course meal. The portions are small but packed with taste.
One of my favorite fancier Huntsville restaurants. The cocktails (cotton gin and dynamite) were tart with a hint of sweetness. If I had to choose only one, it would be the dynamite. They have a pretty good bourbon selection as well. The food was fresh and hot. We order a ribeye, Brussels and scallops. The scallops were like butter. Melted in your mouth. Note they do not have cream brûlée (a staple) but they do have a great pasty chef from Las Vegas. The service is always on point. Highly recommend going here for a special evening. Make sure to make a reservation. If you cancel it?s a $25 fee fyi. Enjoy!
