Everything was delicious and hot and a great price! Didn't take long either. And we ordered the chicken tenders with three sides (macaroni and cheese coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy and of course biscuits) the macaroni and cheese doesn't look like it does in the commercials I was a little bummed to see its the same macaroni and cheese it has always been but it was still good! What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I encountered an issue with my limited ability to speak, making it difficult for me to use the drive-thru. When trying to use the quick pick-up app, it instructed me to go to the door which was locked. This was frustrating as doors should be either open or closed, not locked when expecting customers to arrive for pick-up. View all feedback.
Sat at this place tonight and had a terrible experience. my wife and I felt rushed by team member when we went through the drive thru, our order was not repeated and as they could expect, we received wrong side potato-sized smart. After I paid for eating, I checked the order and recognized the problems, I said I didn't ask for kartoffels or want and asked for reassurance. I gave her the first container of potatoes before I could give her the second, she disappeared to swallow the first. when she came back, I gave her the 2d. she then showed a changed attitude, not one of customers swtsc. but was short and was challenged to control a larger external exhibition. the manager appeared in the window immediately. manager didn't say hello, dead night or how can I help or something like that. she just said, what is the problem? with a sowl intimidating and negative count that were clearly signs of provocation and an attempt to escalate the situation. I didn't want to talk to her at all and find that I was treated like a criminal, I told her that she hired it. She then said I'm the manager, so I need to know what the problem is! this time she was even nasty and very impatient, but I didn't bite, I kept my cool. When we arrived at home, my wife and I realized that this was best and dry and the cookies were hard. we will never go back to this place as long as this bossy, queen bee pretends to be a leader and is the face of this load. no wonder that the team members can quickly manage an employment with customers. they have a terrible example to follow. this alleged manager does not even pretend that the customer service is a company focus. kfc, you can do better.
The manager was really rude to me and my girlfriend. The girl who was taking our order clearly did not know what she was doing and the manger was yelling at both her and us when we did nothing wrong a week or two ago. Then we come in today to get some food and she looks at us and says “I’m not going to even deal with them, they can leave.” Incredibly rude and disrespectful. I will not be going here at all anymore until new staff is put in. She also charges us way to much for our meal which was their fault, and continued to yell at us. The chicken meal I ordered was a huge disappointment. The skin was soggy, mushy. Chicken was slimy. KFC has either gone down hill as a whole or this location is disgusting. Will not go back.
My husband went and got this for us, Sunday afternoon. When he gave my food to me I couldn't identify the pieces of chicken. The breast was the size of a thigh and the wing looked like a lump of meat. I tried the wing, the skin was wet and greasy at the same time. The breading was skimpy. My child once worked for KFC, and said if it looks like that, they didn't wash the chicken. I was only able to enjoy the mashed potatoes. Who ever was in charge Sunday 7/10/22 afternoon should be ashamed of letting that food go out of that drive thru window, and needs a lot of training. I don't think they would have served that to their families if they had come by.
Never open at lunch time. Always maintenance issues horrible management. My recommendation would be to fire everyone and hire competent people.
