First Watch - Huntersville

The atmosphere was annoying and barely waiting on an East Sunday. our waitress was beautiful and the food was amazing! best Hollandaise sauce I ever had!

This is the second time I’ve tried this place, and both times were a disappointment, considering the prices. Extremely inattentive and (almost rude) servers both times, and waited for an hour and 45 minutes to eat from the time we put our names on the list to when we actually ate. The food is pretty decent and it’s a lovely concept fresh food, etc.

Excellent atmosphere, excellent food, great customer service

When you enter this establishment you'll notice right away how this design doesn't work. You have the check in lady right 5 steps away from the cashier. One bench to sit on and so many people are standing right on top of each other. Masks don't seem to be mandatory which isn't good especially when people are standing so close to each other and Covid running rampant. Also not recommended for large families or groups. Think of an extra large Starbucks store and that's the kind of artsy atmosphere they chose instead of designing for people to actually eat here. We finally get seated and our party was split between 2 tables instead of sitting us all at one of the larger tables. We get mugs for coffee and 3 of them were dirty. And the food itself was awful! The french toast was not done all the way because the taste of runny batter, eggs bendict had eggs over easy instead of being runny, and the power wrap all I tasted was mushrooms. It took 40 minutes to get our food and it wasn't good. And they brought 3 silverware for a table of 6. Definitely won't be back.

Good food, very understaffed. Some of our food order came out and some had to be reordered because it was wrong. They comp'd us everything that was wrong and we ended up with way too much food. Our server was very nice and despite being one of only 3 for the entire busy restaurant she still had a great attitude.
