My husband and I got married at your hotel 5 years ago and had our wedding reception at the Cinnamon Tree Restaurant, so I made reservations for an anniversary dinner. It was a pretty slow night for the restaurant, so instead of having the waiter run between the restaurant and the bar area, my husband and I decided to sit in the bar and have our dinner. It wasn't what I planned, however it was enjoyable. The food was... View all feedback.
What STEVENS doesn't like about Cinnamon Tree:
We were the only customers there, and with the doors open to the outside, we had to deal with flies during lunch. The crabcake was burnt on the bottom. Just to clarify, we were in the Polo, not the Cinnamon Tree. All of this cost us $85... we won't be returning. View all feedback.
The staff is friendly and try hard. But the brunch was really just so-so. Good mix of luncheon items to go with the standard breakfast fare. Friendly omelet maker too. If you are in the hotel, it is convenient. But there are some good spots within a stone's throw that are probably a little better in quality and cost.
Restaurant was closed had to eat in bar area, not sure why i needed reservation.
Had an 8:00 business meeting for Saturday May 12th, and used Open Table to make my reservation for 4. We got there and the restaurant was closed.
Thursday night 7:30: the place was pretty empty, actually dead. A few TV's on in the bar (college baseball and women's wrestling/mma), yet the didn't have access to Orioles Baseball or NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs weird. Busload of women's lacrosse team coming in as we were leaving. That might have livened it up a bit.
I enjoyed the variety at the Sunday brunch. Two in our party were vegetarians, and one did not feel there were enough choices. I liked the omelette station. We were the only ones there at the time, so the chef brought our omelettes to the table. Loved the fajita beef, and the brownie with chocolate chips was to die for!
