Pizza Hut - Humble

I ordered a large pizza at 19 o'clock. according to the app delivery time, 35 to 45 minutes said. at 20 o'clock no pizza yet. I wanted to call and no one answers the phone. never again should this place be shut down due to lack of customer support. I wanted to pick up my order. When I arrived there, I waited another 2.0 minutes. what I thought I ordered my pizza and realized it was the wrong pizza. a black allergy in got a pizza with pfefferminz and sausages. I ordered paprika and mushrooms. no idea whether they're trying to kill me for purpose or not. I went back and finally gave the right pizza. I got a $15 loan. Hopefully, it's useful to others. I will never order from this place again

That is the third of the last three times that my order has come to me is wrong. the time before my pizza has been overcooked, I took it back to the place where the manager left me to cook another. I thought I would try again as it was fixed. Now, tonight my kids pizza I spent 79 dollars and one of the pizzas was a medium and not the big ones I ordered. also was a thin crust that is impossible to get full. I would have taken everything back, but we waited for an hour and my children were hungry. but next time it will be dominos or even marcos before it comes back to this place. as much as I spend, I want our food to be right and it doesn't even taste like other pizza hats.

Please make sure that your product is in good condition and not expired. The pizza I ordered was so bad we threw it away and ordered elsewhere. I ordered a stuffed crust and a small cheese pizza. The cheese inside the crust looked and tasted like curdled water and milk and the dough on both pizzas tasted sour. I was so incredibly disappointed that I will make sure to never order from this location ever again.

I ordered delivery from this store. I received a call from the store asking if I could pick up my order instead but that was not possible for me at that time which I why I paid a 5 dollar delivery fee. An hour later I get a text confirming that our food was “on the way” and we ended up getting it almost 2 hours after that text. So all in all, it took THREE HOURS to receive our food. It was no longer fresh. It was cold and we ended up having to heat it back up in our oven at home! Very bad experience.

Very rude always late! I've waited over 2 hours for my pizza no one wants to answer, if they do, they hang up. They are 8 minutes from me and my pizza has been out for delivery for 1 hour???? So sloppy and still waiting! Not the first time but it will be the last. Goodbye piece of trash store!
