What Macys Store doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
The store manager is very rude!!! He answerd the phone and said if he took my order over the phone he would make me wait extra long for it to be delivered. I asked him for his name and said have a good day. I called back over 7 times and he never picked my phone call up again. I ended up ordering online but it’s the point. He said some other awful things but what if I didn’t have online capabilities like older folks... View all feedback.
Everyone that works here is great. They are always welcoming and friendly and happy. This is our go to Papa John's and we are happy for that. The pizza is always good and always consistent. If you live in the area and need easy dinner, you're safe here. Fast and reliable just like it should be.

After 2 hours and 20 minutes the order was finally delivered. And to add insult to injury, it was ice cold pizza. Clearly not ordering from that location again
