I had to make 4 weeks professional in Cologne Worringen and as it is almost impossible to get a room in the room Cologne, I ended up at Hotel Burghof. In the first week I had a room where the tiles were scattered in the entrance of the bath. To shorten the thing, it didn't work and you promised to let a technician come the next day, but it didn't show up the rest of the week. For the coming week, I should have another room if the defect has not been eliminated. When I checked back Monday, I got the same room with the indication that everything works. What can I say? The lady who is both a service in the restaurant and a receptionist speaks loudly with the chef in her local language. Are you okay? Apparently, only one double room was free that I got after a long discussion of the two. A week later, again on Mondays, other rooms. Television, no receiver, no signal. Now I had to get together so I couldn't fail again. What happened then is unbelievable. The cook sent his kitchen help, which is also maid, with me. She opened an occupied space whose inhabitants were not present, pushed the recipient there and pushed him into my hand. Okay. The television night was saved, because after commissioning I had, oh miracles, actually received. But that wasn't all that happened to me in this place. I went to the bathroom of the room and had to notice that it seemed to be dissolved in its components. The lamp over the mirror suspended on half eight and the toilet bowl (a model without foot mounted on the wall was probably not the optimal choice for this wall. Around the bowl the tiles are broken, the wall is pressed in and the bowl hangs down in marble construction. I thought it was better not to put it on. And in the end a situation that overruns the run. It was fair in Cologne and the lady at the reception had accommodated my colleagues and me for the night on Friday in another hotel. No problem. This hotel was unfortunately booked for the week, otherwise I would have stayed there. Now I wanted to pay my room on Thursday so she didn't finish the bill. No problem, she said. Because I'm staying a week, I could pay in the end. I was right. Now I wanted to check in on Monday, so she told me that they were booked and she would not have received a reservation by email from me and could only offer me to stay with my colleague's room. I thought where am I here? This is probably hidden camera or something. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I wonder how can a hotel owner use such indifferent staff for the guest? Most likely he has the same attitude, because there is nothing to repair. I wouldn't even recommend this hotel to my poorest enemy. P.S.
