It took a long time just to be seated, and no one took my drink order or brought the complimentary chips and salsa. After watching two tables that arrived after me get served, I decided to leave—and no one seemed to notice or care. I used to love this place, but it feels like they no longer want my business. I’m warning all my friends to avoid this restaurant. I can’t tolerate rude service, and luckily, I don’t have to. Now I need to find a new spot for my Friday lunches, but honestly, I get better service at the Taco Bell across the street—and that says a lot. Thanks, La Playa Maya.
