That was old and cold. it didn't taste good at all. 3 of us bought and ate from there and all 3 of us ended until we 20 minutes later. never back. food: 1/5 service: 4/5 atmosphere: 4/5 .more

As everything in life, always too expensive parking: many parking spaces to observe the traffic accidents at the lights: 1/5 service: 4/5 atmosphere: 1/5 .more

So I was just in the drive through about 30min ago, 7:30pm. And got asked to move around the corner to the waiting bay. I looked behind me and saw 0 cars or anyone there, I asked can't I stay here? and the response was no it would be better if you move to the waiting bay. I then replied with that doesn't make sense aren't you creating more work for yourself because you now gotta walk around the entire store to get to me when there is no one behind me. I heard someone say if he'd like to stay there let him. The 2nd employee that came up to the window held the bag of food before giving it and said in an angry tone that next time don't disobey us and do what your told to move to the waiting bay. At this point it had been 2 minutes since the order and still 0 cars behind me. First time I've been threatened at a drive thru by a an employee. IF that second person was part of my staff and I heard how rudely she talked, she'd have been fired immediately. I speak from experience after working in fast food and retail in management level positions.

Who the fricken heck is JACK and why is he SO hungry. Can we just talk about the political and economic state of the world at the moment.

29/08/22This is what you get for $9.50... absolutely robbed from my money. Measly amount of icecream and Oreo dust for this money.Closed the window on me before I could say anything. Very rude service, you can clearly see that the workers don't care about the customers.When I just moved to Hoxton Park in 2021 this Hungry Jacks was great but they must've got rid of the staff back then because this is beyond garbage. Won't be coming back.
