I just ate here for lunch. I went thrifty the drive through and ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger combo with a sweet tea no ice. The cashier who took my order and passed my food back to me (edward) was quick and nice. However, he did not pay attentionto detail so I ended up with a large sweet tea with ice. Sweet tea is life so that bummed me out. I don't want my tea gettingwatered down before I get to finish it.... View all feedback.
I miss my big burger and oh boy I have enjoyed every little bite
Food is always great at Whataburger. I honestly can't remember ever having a bad experience with my order. I've had almost everything on their menu and it is all very good. Just know going in, you will have to wait because they cook everything fresh. When we visited, the guy at the counter could have used some help. It was the lunch rush and the line was almost out the door. They only had one register open, so we ended up waiting for 18 minutes just to get our order taken (yes, I time my waiting). I give this review 4 stars because I know what I'm getting into when I eat at Whataburger. The drive through is equal to the dining in as far as wait time. When a place is good, you're going to experience wait times. One suggestion for the managers: help your employees out and open another register. I felt really bad for the guy, but he handled it very well. Restaurant was clean and service was good outside of the wait.
