Mango Tree Downtown - Houston

I stopped a quick dinner here. It was kind of late, but the waitress was kind enough to let us in. We ordered steamed chicken dumplings, masaman curry chicken and pad ke mao chicken. All three were here. Recommend this place when you are in downtown and are in the mood for Thai food!

This place is the hands below the best Thai place to get crabs or pineapple fried rice. You don't know anything else, but the two are probably the best. They have 5 spice levels, 3-5 are spicy, 4 is quite sharp 5 will be extreme. Start from 2 and go up. The portions are quite large. Once you are there, you will be served immediately the soup of the day with a spring roll and light salad.

Here for lunch with an employee and was told to stand in the line. The end of the line was through the back in a hallway leading to other companies. One of the best Thai restaurant. The menu is simple, most of the items in the list comes with the choice of meat and tofu. Curries are really good rich in flavors. This place is busy at lunch he always wait 5-15 minutes for party of 2 and can wait more for larger group. Service for starters is fast, but main course you need to wait as they are extremely busy space. Yellow, red and masamanic curry I like here with pineapple fried rice. Taste of species is also rich.

Came here for dinner..quiet place with friendly staff.. Ordered the red curry..the portion was huge !! Menu is good and prices are low.. Service was a bit slower though !
