This restaurant has to focus not only on the ride thru, but on the Dine in the area. I stood in front for about 7 minutes and no employee helped me. This restaurant needs some customer service training and is polite. In my opinion, every employee should not be on harder personal phones during the clock.

This is a good location and the food is usually with a JITB that takes care of its food quality. The staff is bilingual and can serve the environment. However, this situation is dangerous in the early morning because homeless people tend to hang around the shop itself. The homeless appears daily and is very degrunt. He throws sodadosen among female clients, open coughs on women Post Covid, raises employers and female clients. Inconsistently, there is not much that the place can do about the situation; they call the police, but it usually melts in a rant before the police come. It seems that there was a fraudulent warning, but there is little to nothing than the homeless man literally sleeps in the driving thru track that is so dangerous because you cannot always see him in the drive thru. The store is clean and well maintained it is also decorated with holiday news and a Christmas tree, very welcoming. They are aware of the situation with the homeless and have done their best to solve the homeless, but there is not much more what they can do. I think this question is more less about the increase in the homeless ppl as a whole, this can be the new standard for many companies. Otherwise, I would recommend this place because you need to be aware of your surroundings, no matter where you go.

Jack N the box 7525 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77020 store# 7525Closed at night at 3:45am. I thought this was 24 hours?? Online it clearly shows that they are open but when I went through the drive thru the lady said that they are closed. Sad sad location.
