Edison Patton - Houston

My son chose Edison Patton for birthday brunch to celebrate his 19th birthday. The service was great. The food was an interesting mix. The ambience was funnier than what online photos indicate. And, there was construction and cleanup with their outdoor patio going on throughout our meal. Guessing it’s a better bar bites stop than brunch.

The drinks specialties for Happy Hour are great and most of the dishes I had here were pretty great. Monday Steak Night $15/8oz Sirloin with green beans and crisp potato wedges. Tuesday is also Texas Drink Specials! Pet friendly terrace. Always go a cool spot!

This place always satisfies. Perfect for cocktails, continues draft beer revolving with the best loca options. Bar seating is very welcoming for party of one folks. The eats are on the foodie level quality that leave you planning your next visit. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. One of the best parts about this place is their outdoor patio that is spacious, intimate, inviting and intimate hey have fire pits to keep you warm in the winter. They just celebrated their one year anniversary and don’t look like they’re slowing down. They’ve even had some national media attention due to a cease and desist letter for their name “Edison”(another bar in LA) and they had to change it to Edison and Patton. Only request I have is that they would have an expresso machine and more coffee options.

Stopped for drinks and appetizers. wow! what a cool place! great atmosphere and the cocktails were excellent. my friend recommends to manhattan when she said it was one of the best she ever had. also try the edison and its version of an old fashion! will definitely come back for brunch!

Very disappointed in the service here. Our waitress was not aware that things they were out had to be separated again to let us know that what we had ordered was not available, which is very unprofessional You know your employees what is not available BEFORE they wait on a table! The waitress was also not aware of some of the seasonal offers. Only what saved the whole meal was the food it was delicious. Lower line train your waiting staff.
