In December 2018, my employees offered me a value of 300,00€ at 1* michelin restaurant "foot in the dish". It's a beautiful gift that also has an emotional value. After years of difficulty, I was very touched to receive this testimony from my team. I had a validity period of one year, another month. At the end of the summer, I wanted to book a table and I looked for my good but without success. I then asked my collaborator to phone them for a double. the owner, Jean-Michel dienst, informed him that he was not doing it and that I had to find it. I looked everywhere, always unsuccessful. I phoned at the restaurant and had a collaborator, telling me that m. dienst was absent, asking me to call back and that we would probably find a solution when I had m. dienst online, on October 31, this one showed little commercial and disdained, explaining that he couldn't do anything for me, that it was like I had lost money. the tone became tense and he hung me after, I sent him a very courteous email, with a copy of the transfer and the number of the property, expressing that I hoped it could find a solution. I even told him very well to know some of his confreres who might testify to my honesty if his fear was that this value resurgitate after (what I can understand) it was sufficient for him to wait for the validity date and to have me come after. So, no risk to him it took 3 weeks and 3 reminders to finally have his answer ... negative (this Monday, November 25) tell me in a rather shaky way, that he was waiting for my visit with my property ... I am shocked by this behavior: 1) he takes the money without trying to find a solution, which is not very honest and really non-commercial. 2) without knowing me, it is possible to have a judgment of value on my person, who is sad and out of the way. 3) it devalues the gift of my collaborators by writing in a despicable way that a man like me: ... you will not have trouble giving the beautiful gift of your collaborators I am just a customer who legitimately wanted to be able to enjoy his gift. I am saddened by this incident and sorry for my team who worked to offer it here is 300,00€ very sadly won by m. dienst. I'd like her to take advantage of it.

The restaurant offers a fantastic amuse bouche! The food is definitely the highlight here, with amazing sauces and an unexpected yet delicious fish dish paired perfectly with wines.
