Schlotzsky's - Hot Springs

We?ve been frequenting Schlotzsky?s for the past year at least 2-3x a week. Though most of the visits haven?t been noteworthy, we continue to return because of the vegetarian options in a town rather lacking of choices. Lately, the past few months, however there?s been quite a turnaround with both quality and service. The staff is always attentive, accommodating, and most importantly accurate with orders. Recognition where it?s due! Keep up the good work and smiling faces!

The sandwiches are like what I can make at home with a hamburger bun. The lunch meat was super smoked and guacamole really smooth and no flavor. Chips were good. Service was friendly.

I really enjoy the pizzas when they get it right. I’ve ordered several, but it often feels like a gamble whether they’ll be made correctly. I recently ordered a gluten-free pizza, but instead, I received one with an artisan crust. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I got home. Additionally, the toppings could be chopped into smaller pieces. There was one occasion when I ordered ham, and it was cut into large chunks. It made the pizza difficult to eat since everything kept falling off.

The sandwiches are made exceptionally well—perfectly balanced and quite enjoyable! The pizza is fantastic as well! However, I found the drink prices to be a bit too high.

The sandwiches and pizzas here are quite good, and they have a 2-for-1 pizza deal on Wednesdays. However, I had a lot of trouble getting their app to work. I spent so long trying to troubleshoot it that I eventually decided to go somewhere else. I’m not sure if I’d return, especially when there are other places just a quarter of a mile away.
