Mcdonald's - Horsham

Not a very friendly staff. I purchased food for my family and picked it up curbside. The woman handing me my food wouldn’t even look at me, even when I greeted her. Completely ignored me when I spoke to her. Kinda unprofessional.

Change hours on google. Says drive through opens at 5:00am.... I am here @5:30am and it is closed

The older woman in the drive thru is very friendly. The egg and cheese biscuit was very good!

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal. To much ice in soda, roll was stale, and meat was cold

I would give-100 if i could! I dont know why i go to this McDonald’s. Every time I come to this one they’re always seems to be a problem now I haven’t been to this particular one in about a year and I see nothing has changed! So I ordered from the mobile app got to the restaurant to the drive-through picked up my food as I’m driving away. I reached into the bag to grab a fry to eat on my way and it was cold so I pulled around back to the drive-through. My food was cold. They told me to pull up to the window. She asked me what the problem was. I said my food is cold and she rolled her eyes at me and took my bag and went to talk to someone in the back. She then asked me to pull up and wait so I did and I waited and waited. Some man came out and handed me my food said sorry and walked away. I put my hand in the bag touch the fries. They seemed hot went onto my location that I needed to go to sat down to eat my food and the french fries were soggy like they had been put into the microwave gross and yuck!!! tried to drink the drink which was a Coke and it tasted awful. I definitely will not be back to this McDonald’s ever again.
