Always busy and much improved following its television makeover a couple of years back. A wide choice of decent bread, made locally. Hot pasties etc. Sandwiches made to order. Seating for breakfast and lunch at the rear. View all feedback.
What Vyvyian doesn't like about Truffles:
Reasonable quality food and priced accordingly but it was a bit of a squash and a squeeze because there are too many tables and chairs and people having to push passed to get to tables at the back of the room. Staff very friendly and pleasant. View all feedback.
Ordered baked potato with tuna. Takeaway. Last baked potato no garnish just plonked in a box without any salt pepper. Tuna has very little mayonnaise in it very tasteless I threw in bin after a couple of mouthfuls. Wasted money
What a waste of money! The food here is disgusting. I bought a jacket potato with cheese and beans last Friday and if I had thrown the potato at someone it would probably have killed them. As hard as a rock, cheap, nasty beans and rubbery cheese. Thank god I found the gem of a place in Partridge Green …. They knock spots off of Truffles and cheaper too!!!!
Omg after 2 to 3 hours have had chronic diarrhoea chicken was a bit pink never felt so rough , stomach cramps were unbelievable, then chronic diarrhoea, too scared too eat tonight have visited various branches of this chain all are ****, forget that when u r hungry , don't visit not worth it
We often pop In here for mouth watering cakes and a cup of coffee, staff are all local and very friendly, and there a nice relaxing sunny garden as well as outside seating at the front. And we love the area.
Always a very nice display outside, all is clean and tidy. The layout of the whole store could be better but if you are only popping in for pastries there's not much to worry about! I would recommend the doughnuts but everything is all very tasty overall. Glad to have you in the village.
