Absolutely love this place. I like Wendys, so 5 stars. You have a combination of items that allow me to eat on a budget $5 Biggie Bag) or splurge and get the big Burger Combo usually double. The staff is great, and this is the fastest fast food location I've ever had. View all feedback.

The service was frustrating. We didn't receive all the food we ordered. The lettuce on my sandwich was rotten, the French fries were cold, and I found a hair in my meal, which was definitely not acceptable. From now on, we'll be dining at the Wendy's in Corning instead. View all feedback.

I ended up feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially since I had expected a better experience. I believe that as a leader, managers should handle such situations thoughtfully to ensure customers feel valued when they purchase and enjoy their meals. Additionally, I wondered why we didn't even get our drinks right away. It feels like there is always some confusion or miscommunication. On a positive note, the food was decent — the fries were a bit salty for my taste, but otherwise, it was satisfactory. I want to give feedback and encouragement because I know everyone has tough days, but teamwork is essential in this fast-paced setting. Thanks for considering my comments!
I had the worst service ever at the Wendy's in Horseheads. It used to be good, but not anymore. I waited 15 minutes for cold food, and they didn’t even get my entire order right. There are other options nearby, and I will be choosing them in the future.
As an employee, I can genuinely say that this has been the best working experience of my life. I had the opportunity to see Wendy's team as more than just a workplace; it felt like family. We all strive to ensure that you receive the highest quality food. Thank you, Wendy, for bringing me on board and allowing me to be part of such a wonderful institution!
Eating was quite good at this place. Last time it was hot and really good. the service is really slow, especially the propulsion thru. the girl on the theke has hardly looked at us and something swallowed, obviously hates her job. Soda machine was sticky and the buttons had to be pressed several times before the options would appear. the ice flew beyond the floor. most tables were dirty. it is what they expect from an almost food community, so cannot really complain.
