Baskin-robbins - Horry

Sat at the drive in for 15 minutes, not one employee helped us, so we drove off. You all dont deserve to be in business if this is how you treat customers.

I just came from the store and asked for four small vanilla milk shakes. The customer service representative paused for about five seconds and said they don't have any vanilla ice cream, really? You might as well shut the doors and close. Who ever the owner of this Dunkin Donut should find out what's going on because this isn't the first time this has happened.

Long drive to North Myrtle Beach from Chicago to ask for a cappuccino blast and to receive a lime tasting cappuccino blast. Don't think they had washed the blender and on top of that, the lady seemed to have some type of attitude. Half the orange juice in the fridge was expired as well.

I've stopped in several times, each time hoping it will be better. After all it's pretty basic stuff. Sadly, it was even worse. Coffee was burnt (unfortunately early in the AM and late in the day). Today was the drive in where I sat for several minutes to be rewarded with bitter burnt coffee and a a cold stale bacon egg and cheese. I don't expect much from Dunkin; but good coffee, fast service and food that is at least warm are reasonable. This location has failed on these basics every time.

These minimum wage employees have just given me the wrong coffee. Paid 7 bucks for a specialty coffee and realized when I got home I got some regular hot coffee with 12 fricking sugars and 9 creams?!?! WTF?!?! Have some pride broke boi
