Absolute Thai At The Inn - Hornsby

The “absolute” empire has been there for some time. In the middle of hornsby they were originally on the outside of westfield, but a few years ago they moved over the road and inside the hornsby inn. it is a large space that fits well, spreads from an inside area to a beautiful al fresco balcony space. with warmer weather it is very popular to take a place outside.

Thai restaurant good place for quality food try jungle curry I love it very spicy but too tasty

I have been to this restaurant a few times and food has always been consistent. Really full of flavour and portions good. Decor is good seeing it’s connected to the pub, ordering drinks are within the (pub) bar side so it’s do it yourself system (go to the counter, pay and take) Apart from that, there are quite enough seating so wait isn’t that long at times. Winter is quite cold in the restaurant, especially if your seated close to the glass doors, the wind flows through all the cracks.

We are regulars here and almost always are happy with the food. Good portions , value for money and food arrived quite fast. The ambience is also cozy and well kept. Only disappointed with the pad kee mao once was a bit oily but all the rest we tried were good!

After coming here a couple of time I have always had pleasant experiences. The staff are sweet, friendly accomodating. The restaurant itself is presented well and kept clean. Their curry puffs are definitely worth having. Crispy yet fluffy pastry and flavoursome fillings. I love their laksa, good portions and flavours.
