I recently had the most delicious curry I've tasted in years at New Fort Raj, and I can confidently say it will be my go-to restaurant from now on. I've often found that chicken at other places has an odd texture and flavor, but here it was perfectly cooked. The flavors of the sauce were simply amazing. I ordered the chili garlic tandoori chicken, and it was absolutely heavenly. I also appreciated the complimentary fresh salad that accompanied my meal. I enjoyed my experience so much that I called the restaurant to compliment the chef. It was truly fabulous. As someone who is quite particular about food, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. I highly recommend it!
