Auf da Muhle - Hopfgarten im Brixental

Excellent restaurant with a wide selection on the menu. We had both steaks and they were very nice and good meat. We did not book, but I would recommend booking in advance as very busy.

For some time to come to the region and had some great visits again. After Veronica and her great team we enjoyed our time at the Auf Da Muhle and especially the steaks, both outside the menu and on the specials board, the Ribeye was fantastic. The location is great, bright, lots of rooms and a beautiful mood, never rushed and service is great. Undoubtedly will return later in the year.

Auf da Muhle means From de Mill and is a restaurant with varied offerings. Last time I had a pizza and it was excellent. The place consists of a fairly large dining room and there are also a few tables outside. The staff is polite and helpful. If you are in Soll, you should stop by there.

I'm not sure why but I was expecting this to be a mediocre chain restaurant. When we visited the restaurant it was a pleasant surprise, well decorated and we had a nice table for four in a spacious area. The menu had a lot of choice on it which is often a bad sign but we enjoyed all the food. We had three steaks and a pizza on our table. The pizzas are thin crust and look good. Steaks were well seasoned and good quality meat for the price. My sirloin would have benefited from a fiercer grilling to give it a better crust. Like many places in Austria, good value house wine by the glass. It's one of the few places open on a Monday evening. There are some EV chargers outside. Useful if you have a Tesla car and interesting if you are walking past to see just how badly built the Teslas are.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. We’ve been here 4 times in the past week. Would highly recommend
