Elite Catering - Hope Mills

We were recommended Elite Catering for our event in 2023 by several people. I visited their website and emailed them two months ago but received no response. I also tried calling and leaving a voicemail, but still did not hear back. Despite hearing great reviews, I was disappointed by the lack of communication.

I am disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. We had received many positive reviews and I was looking forward to working with them for my daughter's sweet 16 event. Our communication started off well with emails, texts, and phone calls between January and February. Chef Lou sent over menu ideas and made suggestions over the phone. However, communication suddenly stopped in mid-February. I tried reaching out multiple times to finalize details and even asked about a contract and payment, but received no response. My last attempt to contact Chef Lou was on March 26th, but I still have not heard back as of April 9th. It is unfortunate that we have been left in a difficult position as it may now be too late to find another caterer for my daughter's event. It is a shame that we are now in a difficult situation for such an important occasion.
